2. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to amend prices, descriptions, or availability without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order, and you may choose to proceed or cancel.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or placement under Cash on Delivery (COD). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. For COD orders, the exact amount must be available at the time of delivery. We currently accept cash and major digital payment methods.
4. Delivery
We deliver island-wide across Singapore. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to demand, weather, or public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Opened or used products that are not defective are generally not eligible for return.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of SWEETHEART Indian Grocery Shop or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
SWEETHEART Indian Grocery Shop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
